Your Dhaka Elite concierge will be waiting at the aircraft bridge exit or the terminal entrance (before immigration) holding a personalized name board with our gold-embossed brand logo.

We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your concierge will be adjusted accordingly. You will receive an update via WhatsApp. There is no extra charge for flight delays.

Absolutely. Our departure service includes escort from the drop-off point through check-in, luggage drop, and immigration to the boarding gate. We ensure you are settled before concluding our service.

Yes. Our concierge will guide you directly to the VoA counter, assist with the necessary paperwork, and facilitate the payment of visa fees to ensure you spend minimal time in queues. Note: Approval is subject to Bangladesh Government regulations.

No. The Platinum package covers the dedicated concierge service to handle the visa-on-arrival paperwork. Government visa fees must be paid separately by the traveler at the airport counter.

Full refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made between 12–24 hours incur a 50% charge. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows.
